Vertical Aerial Dance

Pole dancing is fast becoming recognised as a mainstream fitness activity. VAD is one of New Zealand's most prestigious aerial pole studios

Vertical Aerial Dance Studio will teach you how to perform ground based and Aerial Acrobatic moves on the Vertical Pole, as well as helping with strength training, co-ordination and body awareness, flexibility and dance skills.

We have two studio roms with 4.5m and 3m poles. Our standard size are 45mm but we also provide 38mm and 50mm poles for training diversity, there are both static and rotating.

Instructors and students have achieved national and international titles. The instructors take alot of care to teach to everyone's individual style and abilities with a strong focus on moved being perfomed correctly and safetly.
