As part of the Marlborough Museum's Home Front Heros exhibition the Museum manager Dr. Liz Ward will give a talk on Women, War and Work during the Second World War.
The presentation will look at women's war work and 'manpowering' in Marlborough and place it within the wider context of 1940s New Zealand. This talk will interest anyone interested in the history of the home front during the Second World War
