All bets are off! Watch Toyota Racing Series regulars including current points leader Andy Knight do battle with the latest entries swelling the TRS grids.

Defending Lady Wigram trophy and TRS champion Daniel Gaunt is back along with Matthew Hamilton and rookies Matt Halliday, Michael Pickens and Kristjan Einar of Iceland.

All are confirmed to contest the Trophy alongside the series regulars who raced at the first round, and what a day it will be: three races for New Zealand's premier open-wheeler category, the showcase and incubator for our hottest new racing talents.

In between races there will be chances for young (and not so young) race fans to come and get the autographs of their racing idols - and who knows, you may well get the suignature of our next Scott Dixon or Brendon Hartley.

Practice Friday, qualifying Saturday and three races including the 25-lap Lady Wigram Trophy on Sunday - and this weekend's Trophy race meeting kicks off the Kiwi summer of motorsport which continues the following weekend at Manfeild near Palmerston North with the New Zealand Grand Prix and a week after that with the A1GP event at Taupo.

Toyota Racing Series entrants race for every major trophy in New Zealand motorsport. In addition to the series title itself, TRS is the category given the right to contest the Lady Wigram trophy by its custodians, it is the category given the right to contest the New Zealand Grand Prix, and at Taupo the field will be racing for the Denny Hulme Memorial Trophy.
