So you thought you could only see the budding Aussie dancers perform on the telly . . . so you can imagine the excitement, if they were to announce that the choreographers themselves were performing . . . so you can imagine the frenzy if they also announced they would perform live in NZ . . . so you thought you could only watch the live show in NZ . . . 'So You Think You Can Dance' star choreographer, Oliver Pineda, is coming to NZ to perform at the NZ Pacific Salsa Congress!

Oliver will shimmy into Wellington to perform in the International Dance Showcase at The NZ Pacific Salsa Congress on Easter weekend.

Pineda, with his dance partner, Luda Kroiter, are also the current WORLD SALSA CHAMPIONS and their performances are renowned for bringing people to their feet, unable to resist the display of speed, rhythm and precision.

Many dance enthusiasts will be prying themselves from the Saturday night 'So You Think You Can Dance' couch vigil to find they indeed can get the rare opportunity to see what the world's best can do on stage in The International Showcase.

Oliver and Luda are sought after around the world. Luda Kroiter hosts Dancing with the Stars, Australia, and was one of the feature dancers in Burn the Floor. Oliver juggles a busy schedule teaching at his own dance academy, choreographing for shows like "So You Think You Can Dance" and performing and teaching at Congresses around the world.

Directing the Saturday night feature - The International Salsa Show – The (Un)Adulterated History of Salsa, is Wellington based actor and dancer, Jake Rosevear and dancing with the world champions also is Wellington dance teacher, Rafael Ferra Noel.

Isbert Ramos (Vivio) and Greydis Montero, of Auckland dance company, The Cuban Groove, bring more than 35 years experience on the international stage, as choreographers and star performers in the Sunday night show 'Cuba Viva'.

A world class line up of teachers and performers with credentials as long as an arabesque will be arriving from around the globe as performers in an incredible celebrity packed programme of dance enjoyment.
