With Kim Knight, Universal Healing Tao Instructor, Director of Healing Grace Natural Therapies, Auckland.

According to the Taoists our major internal organs are the ‘Source of Life and Death’.

They also house our positive virtues, such as joy, happiness and self-respect.

Negative emotions affect the healthy functioning of our vital organs, cover over the positive virtues and block the free-flow of energy, leading to unhappiness, pain and dis-ease.

During this workshop you will learn about:

- Taoist Cosmology and The Five Elemental Forces of Nature
- How and where, as a macrocosm of the microcosm, these forces are present in your body
- The Positive and Negative Emotional and Mental aspects of each major organ so that you can make a better connection to yourself - from the inside-out
- The Cosmic Inner Smile meditation to clear your vital organs of negative emotions so that you can start to take greater charge of your own physical and emotional health
- The planets, healing colours and sacred animals associated with each vital organ so that you can tap into the healing energies of the Universe for healing and energetic protection
- The Five Intelligences in your body and how to access all these intelligence within yourself

About the teacher: Kim Knight has been studying the practices of the Universal Healing Tao since 2000 after a transformative treatment for chronic fatigue. She has spent the last 20 years investigating ways of healing, and has a thorough understanding of why we get ill and how we can regain good health. She is passionate about sharing these techniques with others so that they can learn to heal themselves.
