A $75 prize and shield for most points obtained by a breeders entries in these classes in five shows on a local circuit in the South Island namely Dunedin, Taieri, Milton, Oamaru and Invercargill.

Championships being competed for:

New Zealand Championships (Male or Female) – Light breed – Leghorn any other colour, Heavy Breed – Australorpe, Wyandotte - White, Ducks- Indian Runner, Fancy bantam- Pekin any other colour, Wyandotte Partridge. Fancy Pigeons – Pigmy Pouter AOC, West of England Tumbler [groused]. Cage birds- Budgerigar Opaline Green series.

South Island Championships – Game Fowl Poultry for Old English Game Female – Duckwing , Spangle. Light Breed- Hamburg other than penciled. Heavy Breed male – Wyandotte Silver. Ducks – Male Cayuga, Female Pekin. Game Bantams – male light red, female brown red. Fancy bantams – male pekin white. Pigeons – Flown Homers, Male Over 250 km & Under 349 km [Old Birds]. Female 800 & under 949 km.

All these championships require a first prize exhibit in their classes.
