Haka is a traditional power dance practiced by Maori people. It is to be vigorously expressed with strong vocal and dynamic body gestures. As an art form Haka can help you to move beyond doubt and fear, and prepare you for any challenge, it can also bring your mind toward the state of healing empowerment and increase self-confidence.
Haka is a dance of the heart allowing you to bypass the intellect and to re-connect you directly with your spiritual roots and your primal energy source known as Chi, Qi, Prana, and Vouivre.
Pou Ira is a Haka dance that celebrates the processes of nature. These processes can re-awaken and remind us of our divinity.
This evening is a rare opportunity to learn from an International presenter, musician and story teller Ojasvin Kingi Davis.
