The 45 minute low impact aerobic Laughter Exercise classes include a combination of deep breathing, gentle stretching, laughter exercises and relaxation designed to enhance health and wellbeing.

Laughter reduces stress chemicals in your body whist boosting the feel good chemicals like serotonin. It also boosts the immune system, strengthens cardiovascular system, oxygenates the body, and gets the lymphatic system moving, boost creativity and self-esteem...... it really is the best medicine!

You don’t need a sense of humour to join in, just a willingness to laugh. The laughter is initiated as an exercise and the giggles are quickly infectious.

Classes are suitable for all ages and cost just a gold coin donation.
