Live. Repeat. Playback., a two-week programme of performance events, workshops, panel sessions, and exhibitions, will explore the emerging paradigms of performance in Aotearoa New Zealand; support the creation of innovative, experimental and unique performative works; develop collective expertise to contribute to, as well as respond to, the rapidly changing performing arts and creative industries.

Diana Burgoyne & Raewyn Turner: performance, lecture and presentation.
This three-part event will begin with a 10 minute performance by Diana Burgoyne. The performance will be followed by a 30 minute artist’s talk about Diana’s work in new media, performance and electronic folk art. Part three will be a 10 minute presentation/demonstration of conductivity of graphite as it is used in Diana’s Sound Drawings. It will be held at 5pm on 27 August.

Live. Repeat. Playback., is a pre-event in preparation for New Zealand's representation at PQ11, the Prague Quadrennial of Performance Design and Space. PQ11 is the largest event of its kind in the world - presenting contemporary work in a variety of performance design disciplines and genres. Occurring every four years since 1967, the Prague Quadrennial will present work from more than 70 countries, in three competitive sections: countries and regions, theatre architecture, and a student section.
