The international sculpture symposium Low Flying Cars 2010 is about to kick off in your backyard.

This exciting event is organised by Howard Williams and John and Julie Ferguson. The Low Flying Cars Symposium will host 14 colourful and talented artists from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

The symposium will foster an exchange of theories, ideas and methods over ten day to form small to monumental sculptures. Followed by an exhibition of the works which will be for sale to the public. Two of the artists will also be exhibiting their paintings inside the Rusty Dog Studio.

Exhibition opening 27th Feb 12 noon. Followed by a celebration of the arts poetry, storytelling and live music, culminating in a live concert at 4.30pm - 7.30pm with Evan Silva and Band.
Bring a blanket and picnic dinner. Lothlorien Winery will be selling wine and cold drinks.

The exhibition is available for public viewing from 10am - 6pm on the weekends of February 27th - 28th; March 6th - 7th; and March 13th - 14th. Open outside these times by appointment.
