Spread the word! This event is part of the Mid Winter Arts Festival.

Come and see the Quarry light up in a celebration of colour and light! Artists from all disciplines have selected a location within the Quarry Arts Centre to “light up’ in the most creative way possible. We have some amazing prizes up for grabs including a night for two including breakfast at Oceans resort in Tutukaka, travel vouchers, Restaurant vouchers and more. Prizegiving will take place on Sunday night after the lantern parade.

With a festive atmosphere, a fire dancing demonstration, food and mulled wine stalls and of course masses of light, colour and creativity there will be plenty to keep you warm for the Mid Winter Extravaganza rain or hail. Entry is by gold coin donation only to help out with our next power bill.
