Pokeno is off the Waikato Expressway just after Mercer going north and 5kms south of Bombay Hills on the Southern Motorway going south.

The country market is held every Sunday from 9am till 4pm - so no need to rush.

Pokeno is famous for Pokeno bacon and icecream! Opposite is the country market - so pick up an icecream and wander amongst up to 90 stalls displaying an eclectic array of handmade jewellery, fresh vegetables & fruit, flowers & plants, old fashioned sweets & fudge to die for, artworks & woodwork, carboot & bric-a-brac, organic meat, handmade candles & soap and, even the Rawleigh's lady!

New stalls are always welcome. You will love the diversity of stalls at this market; they make it interesting. Some stallholders only come once or twice a month so it pays to ask at stalls when purchasing something you may want again. No need to book a site just arrive on any Sunday around 8am see Ray our day manager and he will show you to a site. Gazebos and tables can be hired on market day otherwise provide your own and save money! Stalls start at $15 per single space.

Enjoy the fresh air and good old fashioned country hospitality, see you there.

Come out and visit our market any Sunday, rain or shine!
