It may strike you as strange that Telecom will be speaking at the next Her Business Networks event in Dunedin on March 25th, but Rachel Hall from Telecom has sure had some crisis practice over the last few months.

The woman in charge of Telecom’s Small Business customer care and acquisition will share some hard learnt lessons on how to manage, cope with and survive a business crisis. From getting your product back on the shelves to thanking those loyal customers and making sure journalists are up to date, Rachel will share all that you’ll ever need to know.
