Work on display includes a selection of stunning prints and bronzes by Michael Tuffery plus 500 exciting new works from 200 emerging and established artists throughout the Wellington Region, including painting, photography, pottery, prints, sculpture, textiles, jewellery and woodwork.

Exhibiting artists include: painters Tetyana Khytko, Jeanne Macaskill, Gabrielle Evans, Phil Dickson, Avis Higgs, Alfred Memelink, Nicolette Janse van Vuuren; print makers Angela Walker, Vivien Walker, Maryalyce Jenkins, Kate Livingstone; photographers Deryn Hardie Boyes, Mary Redmayne; potters Mal Sol, Beryl Buchanan, Nicola Dench, Jocelyn Hendry, Aimee McLeod, Lesley Ranson, Alan Ross, Sue Scobie; sculptors Stephanie Drew, Barry Bailey; textile artists: Joan Craig, Brigit Howitt, Dawn Quinn, Beverley Kinsman, Helen Lukes; woodworker Hugh Mills, Phil Quinn and Bryan Hawkins.

Work is selling fast, with the display of stunning ceramics and vibrant textiles simply flying out the door.

For the past decade Arts Encompassing has been part of Wellington Cathedral’s contribution to the International Festival of Arts.
