Lisa Crawley will open the evening with a few of her favourite numbers and a Q&A session.

She will be followed by exciting Australian band, Medollic - Medollic is one of those rare equations that’s as much about chemistry as it is mathematics. Multi-instrumentalist producer James tracked and produced the entire album in his studio (James North Productions) in Brisbane. James is responsible for the Dollhouse album arrangements, writing parts for, and playing, electric and acoustic guitar, bass, keys and percussion. Lyricist Lix takes care of the vocal melodies, sharing the composing duties with James, and occasionally the band as a whole. Steve’s creativity as a drummer plays a pivotal role in Medollic’s sound. He is responsible for crafting the unique rhythmic personality from which each and every Medollic song evolves.

We also welcome The Good Fun – formed back in O-nine to have a blat at Rockquest, which they won, they have been growing ever since.

Australian artist, Eden James will complete the gig line up. Eden James' single, Never Setting Sun, stole the number one spot from pop heavyweight Robbie Williams in the Greek Top 40. His debut album of the same name not only gained him chart success and critical acclaim, but also won him the ‘Best New Talent’ award at Australia’s Sunnie Awards.

The evening will be rounded off by a DJ set from Ghost. Ghost has received critical acclaim, strong sales and support from the likes of Zane Lowe, Mr. Scruff, Gilles Peterson, Sarah Love, and a host of international DJs across the globe. Not to mention support from magazines and blogs from New Zealand, to Tokyo, San Francisco all the way back to London.

New Zealand has been selected as the first country outside of the UK to host City Showcase – the London music festival that launched superstars Amy Winehouse, Keane and Razorlight and Napier is set to host the event.

New and emerging musicians will be given the opportunity to perform at gigs in and around Napier’s vibrant Art Deco city centre including in bars, cafes, boutiques and bookshops creating a musical village, with evening gigs moving to the well established concert venues which will be supported by headline acts.

The audience will be invited to vote for their favourite act and the festival will culminate in a finale - Finding the Future - in front of a judging panel made up of leaders from the New Zealand music industry at the iconic Soundshell on Sunday afternoon.

Daytime events will be free but wristband holders will be eligible for promotions whilst the performance is taking place. Entry to evening gigs, the workshops and the Soundshell will be by wristband only on a first come first served basis subject to age restrictions at some venues.
