A can of food is your ticket to a great night out at the movies. One can of food gets you a ticket to a family blockbuster, such as Despicable Me, Karate Kid or The Last Airbender. Wattie’s will match each can donated with one of its own and all cans go to The Salvation Army. Cans can be exchanged for tickets from the 1st of November.

It’s a cheap, fun night out for the family to enjoy, while also supporting a great cause! The Wattie’s Cans Film Festival provides essential support for The Salvation Army, stocking up its food banks so The Sallies can continue to help those in need around the busy and often costly Christmas period.

This year is no different – with the rising cost of living continuing to affect New Zealanders, more and more families are turning to The Sallies for help.
