Our programmes are based on the fundamental movement patterns and building of self esteem or all ages. The programmes help develop body awareness, body management, the brain, increased sensory development and positive motivation for long term health.

Bouncing Bubs (6 months to 12 months):
This programme is designed to be a fun-filled 30 minute session in which babies are encouraged to explore exercise and stretching through crawling, rolling, running, balancing, sliding, throwing, catching and eye/hand co-ordination with a variety of different equipment at their own pace. Children learn the basic fundamental movement skills through quality physical activities that encompass play, music and games.

Tumbling Tots (12-24 months):
Consists of a music-based warm up; activities that continue to progress the fundamental movement patterns and introduce fine motor skills; musical cool down...

Buzzy Bodies (2-3 years)

Super Kids (3years to 5years):
This programme is designed to be a fun-filled 45 minute session. During the session children are encouraged to locomote, spring, crawl, walk, slide, run, jump, hop, skip, gallop, balance, rotate, throw, catch, kick and stretch at their own pace using a variety of equipment, games and music. These fundamental movements are the foundation or all sports. Children work towards certificates.
