Mangawhai Art Trail

Every year the Mangawhai Artists' Association hold in conjunction with the "Walking Weekend", a special art trail. (No cost involved)

18 venues/galleries with 45 artists displaying their work.

This increasingly must do event is held each year over the Saturday and Sunday. It showcases the outstanding talent of the Mangawhai Artists.

The art trial features something for everyone including: painting (oils, acrylics and pastels), ceramics, flax weaving, heirloom hand crafted furniture, jewellery, photography, pottery, prints, wood carving, sculpture (wood, soft stone, ceramics) and garden art.

Be prepared to be very, very impressed with the superb quality and variety of art work on offer.

Fabulous weekend for browsing the art, visiting the cafes, or just walking along the beach.
