Escape Into the Land is a group exhibition, which features a large selection of Northland artists. The show intends to traverses the different ways in which artists dissect the narrative of land in their work. The fascination with the New Zealand landscape is a vehicle to connect artists to place and provides a physical and mental journey. Over 30 artists will exhibit over 50 works in a fundraiser exhibition to develop The Mezzanine Gallery in the Old Library Community Art Centre.
