Only once the payment has been received, your registration will be confirmed. We are unable to issue a refund, if under 3 business days before the event, you would need to advise us the Monday prior to event if you wish to cancel your registration and receive a refund if you have paid. After this day, we would of committed to catering plus other expenses therefore we would require payment regardless. No transfers to the next meeting. Substitutes allowed.

Registrations will close on the Monday prior to the event with online payment required on that Monday, prior to the event. Or until sold out.
