Our Beginners Course is the perfect place to begin - or to reawaken your interest and start practising again! A short series of slower paced, informative classes will provide you with a strong foundation in the practice of Yoga. These classes include:

a brief discussion and introduction to Yoga.
the study and practice of the fundamental Yoga postures including correct body positioning and alignment.
detailed instruction on how to combine breath and movement.
The course offers a pleasant and easy introduction designed for the first time yoga student. It accomodates people who feel inflexible and inexperienced with stretching as well as people recovering from illness or injuries. Mande White's Yoga recommends this beginners course to all new students before entering Level 1 and One Hour Beginners classes.
