Whether you are into digital photography, painting, digital scrapbooking or any of the visual arts the chances are that you have a need to get a basic grip of the world-famous digital imaging software Adobe Photoshop.

This course assumes no previous Photoshop experience or understanding. This really is a course tailored for the beginner. If you do not already own Photoshop software a 30 day trial copy is available free of charge. Virtually everything that the course covers relates to all versions of Photoshop from version 5 upwards, and much is also relevant to the much cheaper Photoshop Elements.

PhotoSchool NZ is run by John Slater. John was Technical Manager at Nikon in London for many years and was head lecturer at the Nikon School of Photography. For many years he taught Photoshop at the London College of Fashion. Additionally John has written two books on Photoshop: Photoshop Projects, and Digital Scrapbooking, and has a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching photography and the Visual Arts.
