Ladies, do your commitments have you stressed out? Exercise is a great de-stressor! Or are you just feeling unfit but not into the gym scene? This is the exercise class for you! After a good warm-up, we exercise your thighs, tummies & backs (stretch and strength work) - an emphasis on stretching improves your flexibility.

A low impact aerobic section is also included (not in Saturday class). Classes are fun, friendly, informative and non-competitive. All levels of fitness and ages are welcome. Run by a caring trained instructor. Bring a mat to work on and a bottle of water.
