Hurricane Shayn Wills one of NZ's finest acoustic blues/folk players and Ian Parker one of Wellington's most sought-after drummers team up for a night of obscure and popular Bob Dylan songs. Being a Dylan fan for over 20 years, Shayn has a huge amount of Dylan songs in his extensive repertoire.

When asked about the show Shayn says. “One of the things I like about Bob Dylan’s material is that he covers a large range of genres, everything from folk and gospel to blues, rock and country, it makes for a very interesting night, not only lyrically but musically."

When asked about his love of Dylan’s material Shayn had this to say. “Well I think I first heard Dylan’s songs in about 1985. I was playing in a little blues club in Khyber Pass in Auckland town and was very fresh faced and new to live performance, I think the song that got me was ‘Don’t Think Twice It's Alright’ and from there I spent the next couple of years completely hooked and just learning Dylan tunes. I think the folkys in Auckland are still reeling from all the Dylan material I put them through. I've never really thought of myself as a Bob Dylan freak but I guess when you know over 40 Bob Dylan songs it could be considered slightly freakish.
