Nick Gibb did Palmerston North proud by winning the prestigious 2011 Billy T Award
Sarah Harpur is from Dannevirke and has also won heaps of awards.

Both of them are off to the enormous Edinburgh Fringe Festival this year, and have decided to combine forces to bring you a one-night-only viewing of both their festival shows.

That is two shows for the price of one!

Show your support for local talent and help them to get to the worlds biggest Fringe Festival.

Raconteur, soliloquist, 2011 Billy T Award WINNER and professional dissolute Nick Gibb makes his Festival debut with a selection of musings on having sex in shark infested waters, waiting to be shot by an Israeli soldier, growing up with Tourette's Syndrome and anything else that happens to him between now and opening night.

Nick Gibb won the 2011 Billy T Award and the Wellington Raw Comedy Quest 2010

"Inspired... Gibb was on fire from the moment he took the stage"
- Manawatu Standard, NZ

"He combines slick vocal delivery with a common touch: he's a very likeable raconteur...I would encourage you to seek out his full-length solo show."

Sarah Harpur has performed her delightfully macabre comedy at the New Zealand, Adelaide and Edinburgh Fringe Festivals. She recently appeared on TV2's comedy extravaganza 'Comedy Jam'.

Her show is called 'Immortal Combat.' Death is pretty deadly. Is it an epidemic that must be cured, or part of life?

It’s possible that we will see medical immortality in our lifetime. But if we leave behind a legacy, is it necessary?

Has Sarah Harpur's past life as a lion given her an unnatural taste for rare meat?

Frozen brains. Obsession with fame. Melanoma the Musical. It’s Immortal Combat!

You’ve read the blog, now see her show!

Sarah sometimes brilliant, often silly, always bizarre.

Winner - Best Comedy, Dunedin Fringe Festival 2011
Winner - Raw Comedy Quest 2009
Winner - Best Newcomer 2009, NZ Comedy Guild
