When you start to feed your baby, knowing what to feed is critical to avoid allergies and other food issues as well as the perfect time to cement healthy eating habits. Sheena will talk about starting solids and infant feeding from 4 through to 9 months.

Topics will include:

Sheena Hendon:
Sheena is a nutritionist/dietician, NLP practitioner, the owner of Elementa (a natural health centre), and the mother of two young boys. She specialises in child health and nutrition and has over 20 years experience and success with managing baby to teen nutrition issues from weight management and sports performance to increased mental ability and focus, behavioural disorders and boosting immunity.

Sheena is also a Toolbox facilitator who recognises the importance of children eating right and exercising the right to look, feel and be the best they can be throughout their lives. “I look forward to making a difference to your child.”
