Come along and participate in the fun and interactive programme on how to be a Dog Detective. For more info: www.nakeddog.co.nz/doggone.htm.

Children and parents learn to read dog body language and how to act safely around dogs by looking at large format photographs and by playing interactive games.

The “Be a Tree” programme is unique in its use of several different teaching strategies, its focus on physical activity and its emphasis on positive messages. The “Be a Tree” programme empowers children with the knowledge they need to make safe decisions based on the body language and the actions of the dog and the situation at hand.

There will be dog toys, dog harnesses, and other items for sale - this is to support the Doggone Safe Programme. Check www.iqdogtoys.co.nz for what will be available.

We are looking for volunteers to give this programme to school, scouts, etc. Check http://doggonesafe.com/NZ
