Join our outdoor fitness programme, it's time to get off the couch and challenge yourself!

This 8 week fitness programme contains group training sessions and is ideal for people of all fitness levels who want to get fitter and stronger. Consisting of 3 sessions per week with a coach to motivate and train you, this is an ideal way to exercise.

You will get:

- fit and lose weight
- build muscle tone and core stability
- a coach to help motivate you, and whip you into shape!
- training at your level
- nutrition advice
- and much more

Enjoy taking part in fun and informative training sessions with like minded people, find training partners of your level and have a rewarding drink with new friends at some of our social outings.

We use a variety of training techniques and principals that will involve resistance training, circuits, running, plyometrics and more. There is also core stability work which is a key element to performing well in any sport or life in general. The sessions are designed to get you fit and loose weight and cater for all fitness levels.

* These sessions will be from 45mins to 60mins in length depending on the session.
