It's Stink Magnetic's 13th birthday and because the underdawg is our dawg we're gonna celebrate in NZ's shakin' capitale, Christchurch.

As if the bands weren't reason enough, we also boast a King Kong-size merchandise table full of brand new vinyl from Stink Magnetic, and self-released new vinyl from bands playing, including material by Boss Christ, Ritchie Venus, Double Ya D and Delaney Davidson! Also plenty of crazy crap from the label and the bands to fill up your stinkin christmas stockings.

Here's the lineup:
Thurs 15 Dec

Double Ya D
Brand new release night for Stink Magnetic's slightly gayer, more '80s Kylie Minogue: Double Ya D! Get his new 7" rekkid "Introducing Double Ya D", a haunting sign of new musical boundaries crossed, at this show!

Delaney Davidson
Back in Christchurch again from his never-ending hoboism with one of those bad-ass sticks full of cool loot tied up in a blood's hanky. Get his new LP "Bad Luck Man" at this show!

Commander Robot!
The man behind the epic bar El Santo and the equally thunderous Damned Evangelist comes back to us with his boogie-man-blues. Brand new one-man-band hardly ever seen before!

Friday 16 Dec

Golden Axe
The chrismas lights and baby strollers are back! With their brand new album Liquid Bacon also on shiny shiny cassette! Woo!

Ritchie Venus
Mr Forbidden Planet, Ritchie Venus is a rock 'n' roll legend here in NZ, and especially Christchurch in particular. From his many film & TV appearances to his vast amount of released recordings. Ritchie plays for us his "karaoke" set tonight bringing with him two brand new full-length LPs!

Planet of The Tapes
Esoteric space trash from the remains of the Mysterious Tape Man ain't no square surf, but wild surf from beyond the grave. Last show featured ordering beers to replace the commonly known guitar solo and nacho corn chip with hot salsa lead break. Stink Magnetic's home-team-band!

I Drink Your Blood
The space vampire from Whanganui rocking 2 track reel-to-reel tape and electric organ. It's a hypnotic mesmerising trip in to the vampires curse. Lead by the dude that run's Whanganui's two-story venue The Arc Theatre!
