Venue - Div 1 Renouf Indoor; others Mitchell Park and club courts as per the draw. Play commences at 8:30am-11:30 in the Renouf and 9:30 a.m on outdoor courts

Match format - Indoors-1 doubles ATP format (2 full tiebreaker sets, with no ad deuce and super-tie if 1 set all) and 2 singles best of 2 tiebreaker sets + supertie if 1 set all (this has been reduced to fit the timing). Outdoors – Best of 3 full tiebreaker sets for singles and doubles.

Divisions - Max of 8 teams per division, the highest ranking player in each team determines which division the team plays in.

Entry deadline - 22th April 2012 5 p.m.

Draws - Will be a max of 8 teams per division. The size of lower divisions will depend on total entries. Draws will be published on HVT website by 29th April.

Entry fee/s - $80 per team, $160 per team for Div 1 indoors. (This costs $80 per person for circa 14 hours of indoor tennis.) Thanks to RTC for this rate.

Results - Results will be recorded on as for interclub. The recorder to enter results a.s.a.p. 1 point per match only, as this makes for a closer competition. Winners of Div1 are engraved on the cup and gain a free entry to the following year’s competition.
