Tour of our current exhibition on Bamiyan being given by Inspector Brian McGurk.

Inspector Brian McGurk of the Nelson Police has been deployed on secondment in Bamiyan and is in a unique position to give us an insight into a country where family ties and loyalties are extremely important. Brian has generously offered to lead guided walks in the exhibition on the weekends of 7/8 July and 14/15 July. Saturdays will be at 2.30pm and Sundays at 11.30am.

While you are here take the opportunity to view the documentary video The Boy who plays on the Buddhas of Bamiyan that is shown at 1pm each day at weekends, and will be shown daily at 1pm in the school holidays 30 June to 15 July.
