The most famous of French cheese - yum! We will only be making one cheese, as the recipe is almost the same. You will also receive information on how to adapt the recipe to also make double cream brie and triple cream brie. We will enjoy a cheese tasting of camembert or brie that I have made in advance. You will learn how to wrap your camembert just like the professionals do. You then take your cheese home in its mould to continue draining for the next 24hrs and finish it off as per my detailed recipe. Working together with two other people, you will be making your own cheese to take home, so it's 'hands on'.
