I tweet therefore I am. But is anyone actually listening?

You might have all the tools and all the tactics - but do you have the right strategy? This session looks at joining the dots of digital practice, examines social media and other online strategies, looks at the fit between online and offline engagement and sets you on your way to developing a coherent and effective digital strategy for your organisation.

Who should attend?

This is a practitioner level session (two - four years experience) aimed at those who are familiar with the online toolbox. Those new to the online environment, or with limited experience should consider Digital Communications as a first step towards improving their knowledge.

Facilitator:

Catherine Arrow has 30 years experience as a public relations practitioner, journalist and communicator to share. Prior to her arrival in New Zealand, she ran her own award-winning independent public relations consultancy, serving clients in both the private and public sector. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (UK) and one of the first UK Accredited Practitioners, Catherine also undertakes the design and provision of training and professional development programmes for PRiNZ professionals and others around the world working to improve their skills. She specialises in the development and application of new communications channels, helping clients and organisations with on-line reputation management, e-comms and online public relations since the early 1990s and social media since its inception. A regular blogger, Catherine serves as a board member for the Global Alliance.
