Feta is salty and sharp flavoured, used a lot in salads. We will enjoy a cheese tasting of feta that I have made in advance. You then take your cheese home in it's mould to continue draining for the next 24hrs and finish it off as per my detailed recipe. Working in a small group, you will be making your own cheese to take home.
