In the 2012/13 Randstad World of Work Research, 56% of respondents identified developing leadership capabilities for the next phase of business growth as a key productivity challenge for New Zealand employers. With only half of employers rating their leadership capabilities as good, it’s clear there is some work to do to address the leadership challenge to prepare for future growth.

Navigating leadership for the future.
