Be one of the first to try The Groove Method! These are the only Groove Method Fitness classes currently offered in New Zealand.
The Groove Method is a ridiculously fun workout with a dance focus. Be amongst the first to try Groove Method Fitness Classes, which help develop functional strength, increase cardiovascular endurance, improve flexibility, balance and coordination and reduce stress (all while dancing). It involves really simple steps which you then move in your own way. No dance experience or ability required.

Held in the Square Edge Dance Studio. Entrance through Square Edge on Church Street (through back doors by OE Cafe, dance studio upstairs at the back of the courtyard) or via Jersey Lane off Fitzherbert Avenue (through the gate and turn left in the courtyard, dance studio upstairs at the back of the courtyard).
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily, and bring a bottle of water to help you replenish your fluids during the workout.
