Picture framing is very expensive simply because it is very labour intensive. This practical course gives you a day using professional equipment, with the idea that you can subsequently hire the gear to make your own frames. Class size is restricted to just 3, to enable students to get a full hands-on experience. Equipment that will be used includes the Morso guillotine, Molgra underpinner and Keencut matte cutter.

All students will make at least two small frames during the day. The workshop fee includes $50 dollars worth of materials. Additional materials are available for purchase if you want to make large frames. The day after the course is also available for students who want to make more frames. Talk to John or see the website for more details.
