Find your perfect balance of strength, tone and flexibility using the popular Pilates method. This beginners' course involves 6 specifically designed exercise sessions over 6 weeks (Tuesday evenings) covering all the basic foundations of Pilates to target your abs, back and shoulders.

The course is ideal for anyone who wants to learn better posture habits, have a stronger core and/or has an interest in learning what Pilates is all about. You will be given a weekly worksheet covering the main points in each session. Instructor is fully qualified with over 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry.

All exercises are mat-based using your own body weight, mats are supplied and no other equipment is required.

Numbers are limited to 10 per course to allow for more personal attention.
