With guitar riffs that will leave the girls screaming and overwhelmed and breakdowns that will have the guys throwing down hours after the show, Wellington's metalcore band RoadSide Theory are guaranteed to shatter all boundaries, leave you slack-jawed and feeling like you have been punched in the face.

2008 saw the birth of the original lineup consisting of Oli Nicholas (vox), Matt Eller (rhythm guitar and vox), Harley Cunningham (bass) and Tom Lees (drums). In 2010, Chase Kennett (lead guitar) completed the line up and unleashed the inundation of incessant skill and power that is RoadSide Theory as we know them today.

RoadSide Theory's stage show will more than threaten you with a good time; it encapsulates an unprecedented passion and energy that hasn't been seen in years. The raw talent and unequivocal force of this five piece band will unquestionably leave you gagging for more.

The year ahead is only going to get bigger, better and add more shock value to this already creative unit with the imminent release of their first EP. The intensity of the drums will shake you to your core, the magnitude of the guitar will destroy your mind, the low rumble of the bass will distort your senses and the brutality of the vocals will "Lay You Out."

Supporting us on this gig will be another Wellington band "Rising Force" -

Also local Palmy metal band Bloodworx -
