Do you want to get fitter, leaner, faster, stronger, more toned and confident? Then come and get it! Kickboxing is the ultimate all over body workout! And combined with cardio, resistance training, outdoor sessions, army style drills and much more.. we promise a challenging but rewarding 6 weeks with awesome results! In a positive and family-friendly environment. No experience or fitness level required!

Dates: Mon 19th March - Sat 28th April
Times: Mon 7.30pm, Wed 6am, Thurs 6.30pm, Sat 9.30am

Cost: $195 for 6 weeks plus free nutrition guide and handwraps. Get a group of 5 together and we'll take $25 off each! You will also keep a record of your weight and hip/waist measurements along the way.

Optional extra: for an extra $40 you can get 2 x 15 minute consults with our expert Ady from Active Nutrition (start and finish). She will do a Body Composition Test on you which measures your fat/muscle ratio, hydration levels etc giving us an accurate idea of where you are and where you need to be and can help with nutrition advice as well. Well worth it as she is an expert in her field!
