Alan Bennett's history making comedy play comes to Palmerston North for a strictly limited season. Set in a fictional English Grammar School this hilarious play charts the lives of a group of colourful pupils and the three teachers who desperately attempt to prepare them for their university entrance exams.
The winner of more Tony Awards than any other play in the last 50 years, The History Boys makes its Palmerston North debut. From the same team who brought us 'Wit', 'Equus' and 'The Little Dog Laughed', The History Boys will be directed by Globe Award Winner Damian Thorne, Gael Haining Ede with Chris Martin.
A play of this calibre does not often find its way onto the Palmerston North stage. Do not miss out.
