With the astounding success of the most recent Culinary Series with Pegasus Bay, it is with great pleasure that we announce our latest wine dinner in the Series with Pasquale Viticultura.

Hailing from New Zealand’s newest boutique wine region, Waitaki, North Otago, they are pioneering the region with their fine wines. They have received an avalanche of medal points from the Robert Parker awards for their “rich, dry and silky” Pinot Grigio, and the inaugural vintage of a “wonderfully intense” Viognier.

Such fine company will be expertly matched by award winning Executive Chef, Ben Batterbury, whose increasingly inventive and original four course degustation menu will enhance the subtle notes and aromas of an expertly hand-picked selection of Pasquale’s best.

Welcome drinks at 6.30pm, dinner commences 7pm.
