Project Management Level 2:
This programme is designed to extend your project management knowledge and skills and consists of two topics. The first topic is the The Art of Project Management. It focuses on leadership, communications and the human aspects of project management. The second is The Science of Project Management. This day focuses on the quantitative aspects of project management, in particular, financial, schedule and risk management. The workshops are highly interactive to enable you to benefit from the experience of the other participants and the presenter. There will be a number of hands-on exercises to develop your practical skills.
