Zonta Manawatu offer an enjoyable experience of a Country Garden Ramble with gardens around Feilding and PN / Aokautere area.

The 2 day event will see you able to visit a range of gardens some of which have not been open to the public before.

A map will let you plan your own itinerary so you can explore the gardens at your leisure between 9.30 an 4.30 each day.

Pre-order a lunch box from Hester Guy ($20) or from Piccolo's in Feilding ($20) and enjoy a picnic in one of the gardens.
Afternoon Tea ($5) is also available between 2pm and 4pm at The Little Lodge,
33 Kingsdale Park Drive, Kingsdale Park, Aokautere ( 1.5 ks from the Pahiatua Track turn off, turn left into Kingsdale Park)

The Country Garden Ramble is a fundraiser to support both Women's Refuge Manawatu and Te Aroha Noa Community Services Trust.

This promises to be a relaxing day out for friends and family, visiting gardens at your own pace and enjoying our wonderful Manawatu countryside.

Additional features of the day include :
1: Award-winning Outerlife / Prorata landscape designer Dave Charmley presenting a talk about his Gardens displayed in China over lunch at Edendell Garden on Fitzherbert East Road.
2: A presentation by Alan Innes at 177 Tutaki Rd over afternoon tea on biodiversity .
3: Steuart Welch, renown local sculptor, is adding a point of interest and ambience to the afternoon tea setting by having several steel installations on site at Kingsdale Park.
