The 2013 BNT V8 SuperTourers’ season get’s underway with Round One at Hampton Downs on February 16/17.

With the success of the inaugural season fresh in everyone’s mind, motor racing fans from all over the country eagerly await the first of seven rounds which make up the national series.

The BNT V8 SuperTourers are the fastest V8s to ever compete in a domestic series in New Zealand and with 575 horsepower, hand built seven litre engines and a 100 kg weight advantage compared to their Aussie Supercar cousins, they are stunningly quick wherever they race.

Rising V8 Supertouer and V8 Supercar star, Scott McLaughlin won the inaugural 2012 V8 SuperTourer series with victory at Ruapuna last November and he will be on the grid carrying Number One to defend his title.

A field of 20 plus BNT V8 SuperTourers are expected to take on the young gun and challenge for his title in what is quickly becoming regarded as one of the most competitive racing categories in world motorsport.
