The next big thing in fitness is this dance exercise class called Bokwa.

Bokwa Classes are an intense cardiovascular workout combined with South African war dance, capoeira, kickboxing and steps. It has been proven to burn a great amount of calories making it easier for weight loss goals. Through the use of fast paced extreme movement, a fun, challenging, and energising total body workout was created. However Bokwa is suitable for everyone, young, old, not very fit, getting fitter, super fit, male, female, dancer, can't dance for toffee. Even people with no dance experience managing to do some pretty fancy footwork.

Bokwa Fitness cardio helps reduces the risk of coronary heart disease and is the only program today that is taught with American Hand Sign Language and Bokwa hand signs for every participant including the hearing impaired.
