Keith Pasley will be offering Breadmaking where he will show you the way that he likes to bake bread by hand when he is at home.
Breadmaking is like any other skill in that with regular practice it will become another part of your repertoire in the kitchen, like whipping up a hollandaise or a batch of fresh pasta.
We will need most of the day to mix, rest, knead, proof, shape and bake bread that we will be making in each of the lessons…it is a very hands on day, all recipes will of course be provided, as will lunch and a glass of wine and all you need to bring is your favourite apron, a pen and a means to carry the bread that you have baked back home with you.

The Lessons I am offering and the breads made in each are.
Basic Sourdough (August 31 & repeat September 1st- )
A Simple Sourdough White Loaf, Wholemeal Loaf, Focaccia, Naan and Doughnuts.

We will need to begin promptly at 8.30 am, you will need to be at flourflower by 8 to 8.15 we ought to be complete by around 3 to 4pm.
