Cheese Making Workshop

In this three-hour long workshop you will learn how to make feta and ricotta. You will be taught by Inacio Guimares, award winning cheesemaker at Hohepa and Chris van der Have of Farmhouse Kitchen.

All equipment and ingredients to make cheese are provided, and a beginners Italian Kit (valued at $39.90) from Mad Millie is included in the price. Just bring yourself, no prior experience is required. Light refreshments included.

You will go home with a full set of course notes, including recipes and instructions. And, of course, you’ll take some of your cheese home to show off!

These classes are a lot of fun, great value and fill up fast so get your friends together to come and discover the art of crafting cheese.

Farmhouse Kitchen Cooking School is where you can come and learn to cook using the finest and freshest local, seasonal produce. We keep our classes small (up to 12 people) and each of the classes will provide you with learning the tips and techniques to recreate the dishes in your own home. 
All you need to bring is your culinary interest, a sense of humour, and a healthy appetite.
