Once a year in spring, the Dalmatian Cultural Society throws open its doors to the public. You're invited to come along and join the Dalmatian Community on Sunday 22 September, on our annual Open Day.

Doors open at 10.30am, with activities and entertainment right through to 6pm.

There really will be something for everyone.

Come and enjoy a variety of performances of traditional music and dance by our members. We'l have special cooking demonstrations, and wonderful displays of art and craft.

Our impressive Archive and Museum will be open for those wanting to check into their family history or find out more about the Dalmatian community's contribution to the New Zealand landscape over the past 150 years. Our collection of literature, articles, photographs and artefacts is huge and unrivalled - you could spend all day there!

And of course there will be an array of delicious food to enjoy. Come and enjoy a traditional meal with us, or get together with new or old friends, over afternoon tea.

Everyone is welcome. Admission by donation.
