Originally hailing from the UK, Stephen began his career back in 2001 as a Management Consultant with Accenture. Specialising in Telecoms, he worked with clients such as British Telecom, Vodafone, and Cable & Wireless. In 2006 he moved to Sydney and soon joined NAB as part of the start up team at UBank, where worked in a variety of roles including Head of User Experience and Digital Media. In August 2012, Stephen made the short trip across the Tasman to join BNZ, where he is now Head of Digital and focused on creating banking experiences which are truly focused on the customer.
